Application Process

It’s an exciting time to join BMT, and we welcome applications from motivated and talented individuals.

You may be an experienced professional looking to take the next step in your career, a graduate looking to gain knowledge and experience in a different sector, or an undergraduate wanting to start your career in an employee-focussed company. Whatever your situation, BMT want to hear from you.

Please look at our current vacancies. If you feel like you have what it takes then here is the step by step application process:

  1. We ask everyone to complete an online form to give us a good feel for who you are and what you are looking for in your next role.
  2. If we think there is a suitable role for you we will invite you to one of our offices to meet the team to give you a good insight into BMT. The interview will consist of a section designed to understand your aptitude and awareness and allow you to find out more about the specific department you are interested in.  You will also meet with a HR team member who will guide you through your application.
  3. In some cases we might ask you to complete an assessment, but we will provide all of the information you need prior to your interview.
